FASS 2012 Audition Forms
Anyone who wants to take part on stage in FASS this year will need
to come to auditions on one of Wednesday, January 4; Thursday, January 5;
Friday, January 6. Audition period is open from 7pm-9pm and the process should
take about an hour.
When you audition, you will be asked to fill out the following forms. To
save time, we invite you to do them in advance using the link to the forms below.
EVERYONE who wants to take part in FASS this year needs to fill out
these forms, even if they don't plan to be on stage. We highly encourage
you to fill them out online!
