When and where is the AGM?

The Annual General Meeting will take place on some weekend afternoon in late March or early April. It is usually held in the Humanities Theatre in Hagey Hall or in the Arts Lecture Hall. The exact date and time and location will be posted on the FASSmod mailing list and on the announcements page.

What happens at the AGM?

• Introduction of next year's Chief Script Writer and Treasurer.
• Election of next year's President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Representatives.
• Selection of the theme for next year's show.
• Changes to the Constitution, if any.
• Distribution of DVDs and showbooks.
• Information about script writing meetings.
• Watching the recording of the past year's show.
