Writing for the Fall Variety show is heating up as well, with a theme selected (Politics/Murder Mystery) and brainstorming well underway here: https://docs.google.com/
Speaking of the Fall show, we have a great director, Brandon West, but we’re still in need of a Tech Director, Producer, and Stage Manager for the short 3-4-scene production. This is a great opportunity to try out these roles in a less intense production! In addition, we’re looking for someone to coordinate with external acts, since what is a variety show without some variety? See below for a rough description of the duties for these positions, and get your application in to prez@fass.uwaterloo.ca by July 15 at 11:59 pm.

super-brief descriptions of position requirements:
Producer: advertise for auditions and show, including posters, social media, programs, etc
Stage Manager: schedule rehearsals, take note of what the director wants, call cues
Tech Director: manage team to handle props, sets, sound, lights, makeup, costumes
External Acts Coordinator: invite acts to participate, coordinate on requirements and scheduling
